Our client, a distinguished law firm in the Boston area, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to manage their support services population. This role is integral in the allocation of legal assistants and managing utilization and workflow. This role will also be responsible hiring, onboarding, performance management, and some recruiting of the firm’s support staff. Additionally, the role is responsible for supporting the wealth management group in a business partner capacity.
Reporting into the Managing Director, this role offers the opportunity to join a collaborative team within a tight-knit environment that allows for this role to touch all areas of HR. To be successful in this role, candidates will possess a minimum bachelor’s degree and have experience within a law firm. Additionally, candidates will have at least 5 years’ experience managing support staff populations.
This role is hybrid in office 3 days a week. The compensation range for this role is $150-$190k dependent upon experience.
