Our client is looking for a HR Manager, responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing the HR policy for the Dutch organization (scope +/- 70 employees work).

In this role you will participate in HR projects, ensuring HR is well established in the organization. You will advise and support the organization strategically and operationally in the field of personnel and organization.

Amongst your responsibilities:

  • You liaise with the local MT and ensure the agenda, coordination and realization of the HR objectives (in line with the strategy, local goals and agreements and the applicable legislation and regulations in the Netherlands).
  • You are responsible for the entire employee lifecycle: this includes topics such as the performance cycle, recruitment, talent development, payroll, retention and compensation & benefits.
  • You are ultimately responsible for all legal matters in cooperation with the Legal & Compliance Specialist and the local law firm.
  • You will have the following direct reports: Office Manager, Legal & Compliance Specialist and the HR Assistant.

Must haves for the role:

  • Excellent communication skills so that you work with all parties to jointly achieve business objectives: building and maintaining strong working relationships is crucial to success
  • You are analytical, organization-sensitive, goal-oriented, and flexible.
  • You are a proactive and a hands-on self-starter
  • You have a HR related degree (HBO degree or higher)
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience (as a HR Business Partner)
  • Experience in stakeholder management and a multi-interest environment
  • You have great verbal and written understanding of both English and Dutch
  • You are detail orientated and resilient
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
  • Experience in an Asian environment is an advantage

*This role reports directly to the CFO.
