About Our Client


Our client is a US MNC in the FMCG industry and is a Fortune 1000 company. They have been successful in their penetration into the South East Asia market and have successfully established strong presence in the region where their products are placed with top of the mind awareness amongst consumers. They are looking to further this advantage through fostering strong human capital developments and hence will be looking for an HR Manager to join their team.

Job Description


Reporting to the Regional HR Director, you will be tasked with a full suite of HR Business Partnering activity towards their sales & marketing and supply chain divisions. One of the most critical agendas would be the talent identification process and pipelining and to continuosly engage both business and staff on the ground. You will also participate in change initiatives that are at the more strategic level to relook at policies and come up with innovative projects that will help propel the HR function forward in the organization. This covers primarily the Singapore region and should you do well in your portfolio, there is an opportunity to cover more countries within Asia Pacific.

The Successful Applicant


You should possess approximately 8-10 years of HRBP/Generalist experience within the FMCG industry, equipped with a degree in Human Resources or its equivalence. The ideal candidate should have experience in both operational and business partnering set-ups with a strong sense of stakeholder management. Due to their growth and expansion, they will require someone who is strong in talent acquisition and building the pipeline for talents to build the bench strength. The successful incumbent should come across as hardworking with a strong willingness to learn and be results oriented.
