This leading professional services organisation based in Southampton are recruiting for an HR Manager to lead the HR team and take responsibility for the strategic direction and delivery of HR.

The role supports a headcount of 250 employees predominately based in Southampton with occasional travel to London.
The HR Manager will design and implement HR strategies, coach and support managers and leaders, enhance employee engagement and lead and manager various HR projects to include Change Management, GDPR, Diversity & inclusion and Reward & engagement.
This is an operational HR generalist role which requires expertise within Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Recruitment and Retention, HR Policies, Procedures & Process. Mentoring and coaching of the HR team as well as reporting and analysing HR metrics and manging the HR budget.
Your extensive background of operating as an HR generalist within a professional services organisation will be a major benefit to my client. You will bring your expertise as a people manager along with excellent HR leadership skills and stakeholder management skills. You will have the guidance and direction of a highly skilled HR Director who will challenge, stretch and elevate your development. The senior team are embedded with HR making this a role that can really enhance your HR career.
