They are currently looking for a fun and dynamic HR Manager to join their high performing team.

Job description

Reporting directly to the Head of Global HR, your primary role covers employee relations, recruitment, pay and benefits, learning and development and other ad hoc administration. You will be the first point of contact for all employee enquires and grievances and will be responsible to review and update all the HR policies and procedures. For recruitment, you will be managing and delivering recruitment requests from the operations team and support them for hiring needs. You will ensure that all payrolls are submitted accurately and timely for the employees. For learning and development, you will be working closely with the respective managers for the appraisal process and identify training needs.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate ideally would require at least 5 years’ experience in HR experience. It would be excellent if the candidate has strong interpersonal skills and is able to build rapport quickly and communicate effectively. In addition, the successful candidate will need to have strong employment law knowledge and with regional exposure.
