About Our Client
An exciting opportunity to join an international law firm with an established successful track record across the globe. As one of the top players in the industry, they are looking to bring onboard a HR Manager to provide strategic HR leadership and advice for both attorny and corporate staffs to align the people strategy with the business. You will be driving the implementation of people processes to enable business performance in the region.
Reporting through to the Head of HR, you will be working with the management team in driving and spearheading changes to the organisation. Act as a strategic business partner within client groups and provide effective advices on talent planning and strategic discussion. You will be working closely with HR Operations and C&B team while putting forward proposals and projects to make sure the business is aligned with market changes and benefit trends. Key to your success will be your ability to engage the senior leaders on a strategic level.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a proven leader with strong stakeholder relationship management skills. Professional/ Financial Services experience are compulsory. You must possess the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization. You must be highly proficient in English and Cantonese. This role would suit a Manager who thrives in a fast paced and results driven environment and is looking for a good platform to further develop on a strategic level.
