This is a newly created role with a globally recognised brand who are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to create an engaged and high performing culture for their business in Asia.
Reporting into the HR Director this HRBP will be a highly visible role in the organisation and will proactively partner with the management team to coach and develop them to ensure they are able to engage and develop their own teams.
This role requires a real passion for talent development and the ability to deliver high quality training to business leaders so as to drive change across the organisation.
From a Group level, there has been significant investment in upgrading the People function and making HR a truly value add team.
With key focuses of this position being culture, leadership development, talent development and performance management this role presents a real opportunity for someone to make a significantly positive impact on the organisation.
To be considered for this opportunity you must have proven experience of business partnering in a complex, matrix top tier business, have confident communication skills and experience in training design and delivery. being proactive by nature with a high energy approach you will also be culturally sensitive and have had success in driving engagement projects in SE Asia in the past.
