HR Manager DACH (m/f/d)
Our client is worldwide leader in high performance solutions engineering. As a global group dedicated to international growth, they constantly pursue effective, balanced expansion strategies on both internal and external lines.
As an HR Manager DACH (m/f/d) you will be participating in creating positive synergies and pursuing the integration and change process of all local entities in the DACH-region to an international perspective.
Based in the Black Forest region near Freiburg, you will be also regularly visiting the legal entities in Austria and Switzerland.
Your Responsibilities
- Management of all HR-related issues in the five legal entities in Germany, Austria and Switzerland for about 200 employees
- Support, coach and guide managers on leadership decisions and organizational development
- Implement a comprehensive integration and change management strategy in compliance with corporate policies and in an international perspective
- Work with managers, employees and works council to develop, implement and manage employee communication and engagement initiatives
- Recruitment of white and blue collars from requests to onboarding and definition of an employer branding strategy
- Manage and implement HR Development according to the organizational processes
- Lead European projects
Your Profile
- University degree or holder of an HR-related qualification
- Several years of experience in Human Resources in an international and industrial environment
- Profound knowledge of German labor law and in the communication with works councils
- High willingness to travel
- Fluent in English
