A HR Manager position looking after Hong Kong & Macau has become available at one of our global consulting clients. They are one of the world's most innovative companies focusing on providing technology consulting services.
This role would be suitable for an individual who is strongly knowledgeable in managing the employee life cycle from on-boarding to off-boarding within a consulting environment.
You will responsible for a population size of around 350 people and have the ability to empower stakeholders & employees alike. You will have accountability in creating a compelling employer value proposition, lateral & campus talent acquisition, employee engagement, global mobility, diversity & inclusion initiatives, HR governance and working with onsite employees/clients to ensure resourcing requirements are sufficiently met.

You will report into a seasoned HR leader and have dotted line reporting into the business areas that you will be supporting. Your client groups are frequently on-site with clients, therefore maintaining employee engagement is important for this role.
You should bring more than 12 years of HR generalist experience with pro-active and confident manner. You should be fostering a forward-thinking way of working and build trust to your business groups. Cantonese is a must to be considered for this role. This role would be paying around HK60-70,000 a month.
