Our client is an internationally operating manufacturing company with several thousand employees worldwide. To strengthen their HR offering and support the company's further growth we are looking for a

HR Manager Germany (m/f/d)

to be located in the greater Duesseldorf area

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Provide HR leadership and advice to the management teams of the assigned organization on all HR related topics
  • Support change management in relevance to HR technologies, systems and processes
  • Plan and implement essential KPIs to measure HR output and impact on business
  • Take over the responsibility for talent acquisition and development of leaders and teams
  • Actively ensure that HR policies and management practices comply with local German regulatory requirements

Candidate Profile

  • University degree in business administration or similar studies
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
  • Thorough knowledge of German and European labour laws and proven experience in cooperation with works councils
  • Agile working style coupled with a hands-on mentality and client-oriented approach
  • Confident in developing and implementing effective solutions for various HR relevant topics
  • Excellent command of German and English and willingness to travel
