HR Manager / Head of HR. Up to £80,000. Horsham, West Sussex.

This is an exciting opportunity for HR Manager/ Head of HR to join this growing organisation to set up their HR function. This is a stand-alone and pivotal role, where you will be responsible for providing guidance on all HR Matters and providing comprehensive and confidential HR Support to the Management team. As the HR Manager/ Head of HR, you will report into a Senior Partner and will act as a true partner to the business. You will be responsible for reviewing, developing and renewing all HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up to date with current legislation. You will oversee company recruitment, manage the company’s appraisal system and play a key role in reviewing company pay structures and employee perks and benefits. You will also be accountable for managing all HR Admin, employee related issues and handling disciplinary processes and formal grievances as they occur.
