My client, a privately owned Health-care Company based in Central London, are seeking a experienced HR Manager to help shape their HR team.
This is a new role to the business and will be accountable for the overall provision of HR Services, policies and programmes, as well as staff learning and development. You will be responsible for; Talent Acquisition, Departmental planning, Performance Management, Employee Services, and HR systems.
The company is rapidly growing so the role also has a big focus on L & D, you will need to identify areas that need attention and improvement by implemented performance management and change initiative programmes. You will need to foster an environment of continuous learning and employee empowerment.
Experience working within a start-up environment would be an advantage as well as demonstrable experience in managing TUPE, redundancy and other relevant HR issues. A minimum of a Bachelors' degree in Human Resources Management (or similar), with a CIPD accredited qualification.
This is a fantastic opportunity for any HR professional that has stated to build a career within the health-care or public sector industries that are looking to move into a Private Sector role. The position will give you the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders (CEO) and build your own HR team including Advisors and L & D specialists.
