Excited to exclusively manage a newly created opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a leading global professional services business as their HR Manager. This position will work within a fast-paced global business and support the HR function by acting as the key support to the HR Director and the business. Facing off to managers and leading a small HR team by example.

A great opportunity for our HR network to own key parts of the business, lead a number of internal projects and ensure the smooth running of the HR function and act as the lead for the rest of the HR team.

The ideal candidate:

Will be able to hit the ground running with great end-to-end experience of the employee lifecycle and local employment regulations. This is a proactive and respected team which can really add value to the business.

This role will ensure HR processes are undertaken effectively and takes a continuous improvement approach, refreshing processes and policies where needed. This person will enjoy working within a close-knit team and come with great enthusiasm and a positive attitude!

Duties: This person will be the face of HR for the business. It's a 360 HR role where you will get to own the HR Operations and ensure excellence. This includes updating and owning policies, guidelines, manager training on HR systems, streamlining processes and ensuring an excellent forward-thinking service to the business.

This person will be responsible for guiding and nurturing the HR Assistant who is there to support the HR operations side. Act as a key point of contact for HR queries to the business and escalate to the appropriate teams/persons, liaise with counterparts globally and regionally. Run onboarding and offboarding, general HR Administration and updating of the HR system as appropriate.
