Our client is an International organization and an industry leader in the Life Sciences businesses that it operates in. Due to continuing business, there is now an opportunity for a high calibre HR individual to join the team in Singapore as HR Manager, Shared Services.
Reporting to the Regional HR Director, you will be responsible for the full range of employee life cycle activities (recruitment, induction, on-boarding, performance management, exits); Human Resource activities (policy, process and implementation) and stakeholder/customer relationships. This role will be critical in collaborating with line managers on internal policies for the enforcement's and executions. You will manage the Human Resource processes of the company to ensure operational effectiveness, focusing on Human Resource policies and systems needed which can be implemented regionally.
You should be able to influence and advise line management to manage their employees effectively and increase staff engagement and level of performance. You will also own, drive, design and deliver Human Resource projects impacting managers, employees or stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for someone with the ability to influence and advise line management to manage their employees effectively and increase staff engagement and level of performance. Ideally, you would possess a degree with at least 8 years of experience in HR generalist role. You possess strong stakeholder management skills, have a real passion for people and are still prepared to "roll up your sleeves" and "walk the ground". Someone who is immediately available would be preferred.
