HR Manager / BP
My client, a boutique financial services firm based in the city is looking to secure an HR Generalist at Manager level. This 6 month contract role is advisory and relationship-focused, and will involve working closely with a broad range of internal clients.
The Human Resources Manager proactively supports the operation of the business by providing an effective and professional HR service covering the full generalist remit across a dedicated client base;
- employment law and employee relations (whole life cycle);
- employee training and organisation development;
- recruitment - managing processes
- management reporting and analysis, attendance, turnover, diversity, senior hires,
- learning and development;
- relationship management
The HR Manager helps to provide a key HR service to the business as a whole ensuring that high standards are adopted within all elements of HR.
This role requires a hands on HR Professional who has worked in smaller scale financial services environments with complete generalist coverage. You will be highly articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail. It is important you have an excellent understanding of English Employment Law and evidence of its practical application.
