My client, a Cloud based data storage business designed to offer efficient secure data centres, are seeking an experienced HR Manager that can start immediately for a temp-to-perm opportunity.
This is a fantastic opportunity with an innovative growing business that currently operate within Europe and will soon be expanding globally.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background within generalist HR Management at an operational level, ideally with experience from a growing technology company. The role will be varied including; ER, Recruitment, Talent Management, Payroll, and Projects (Benefits, D & I, Well being & Engagement.) The role needs someone that is confident managing ER cases independently and able to advise and coach senior stakeholders on policy. There are a vast variety of stakeholders so the ability to be adaptable and resilient will be key.
You will need to be able to work within a 'professional services' environment, be CIPD qualified, and have experience overseeing a client group of c100.
