We are working with an innovative and forward thinking venture capital firm, with ambitious growth plans in Singapore and backed by a globally recognised brand.

This HR Manager position is responsible for driving HR strategy for Singapore in order to support the growth of the business. You will partner with the global HR team as well as senior leadership locally to establish and enhance all elements of talent strategy from Employee Engagement, Reward, Performance Management, Development Programmes and more.

This is a highly strategic, project-focussed role with tangible value add opportunities for your firm.

You will be an experienced HR Business Partner/ HR Manager, with a commercial mindset and ideally familiarity with start-up environments as well as MNC. Professional Services/ FinTech or Technology industry experience is preferred but not essential.
