HR Office Administrator/Office Manager
We’ve partnered with an advertising firm who confidentially is looking for an HR Office Manager/Administrator based out of their NYC location. This established UK based organization launched US operations just a few years ago and is experiencing high growth. The Office Manager/Administrator will be working closely with the People Manager and report to the CEO.
This role will best align best with someone who possesses a strong work ethic and can manage executive calendars efficiently. Additionally, this role requires someone who is proactive and can maintain a high level of integrity/confidentiality. This role will oversee all logistical aspects of the office move to its new midtown location liaising with maintenance staff to have space cleaned prior to move in and IT to get staff equipment up and running. Additionally, this role will be responsible for day-to-day office management such as supply inventory and ordering, planning events and seasonal celebrations, as well as manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence.
Our client is most interested in someone who is possesses expert knowledge of Microsoft Suite as you will be responsible for putting together presentations for townhalls. They are keen on candidates who have excellent time management and organizational skills, who are professional, self-motivated, and can deliver results.
