We are delighted to be partnering with a leading wholesale and reinsurance brokerage firm on a HR & Office Manager opportunity to be based in their Singapore office. Launched in 2016, they have grown globally across 8 offices employing over 400 employees with an expertise across all major lines of business within risk and insurance.

They are now looking to appoint a HR & Office Manager to oversee the entire HR and operations function for Asia and Dubai. Leading a team of 2 based in Singapore and Dubai, you will be responsible for the overall management of HR, Office & Administration, IT and Corporate Secretarial functions for the firm whilst proactively supporting and partnering with stakeholders to deliver and roll out new HR initiatives and employee relation activities. You’ll review and update HR policies and processes that are compliant to statutory and group requirements whist also preparing and processing monthly payroll. Occasionally, you will be responsible for performance management and grievance / disciplinary cases whilst also providing timely submission of HR reporting and statutory filings for MAS and MOM.

You should bring a minimum of 5 years of experience within a HR generalist and operational role, and be comfortable managing multiple processes. The suitable candidate should be extremely comfortable operating in a hands-on and all-encompassing HR position whilst being responsible for office manager responsibilities for a lean environment. You should demonstrate previous experience working in a similar environment within a lean team / independent contributing position that is also highly hands-on and meticulous.
