My client is looking for a HR Officer to provide support and advice to managers on all areas of HR and the employee lifecycle. The HR function is truly integrated within this charity and upon becoming a member of the People & Learning team you will have a fundamental role in helping towards the delivery of organisational goals and their incredible mission.
As first point of call for all HR queries including employee relations, recruitment and policy and processes you will have had exposure to and experience in these areas. Acting as a coach to your internal customers you will have great communication skills and knowledge of employee legislation, you will also have a suitable understanding of payroll processes. You will have the opportunity to develop your Employee Relations skills, managing cases and being involved in projects with the support of the HR Business Partner. Good relationship skills and attention for detail would be extremely beneficial with these responsibilities, ensuring that HR remains seen as an integral part of the decision making process.
This role would suit a true HR generalist with a minimum of 18 months experience within a HR role. CIPD or degree level or equivalent in experience is essential. To be successful in this role you will be a team player with a real desire to support your colleagues by maintain the already highly valued HR team.
