HR Officer/Advisor. Dartford. Up to £50,000 + Bonus
I am delighted to share that I am partnering with highly reputable organisation who are currently seeking a proactive and driven HR Officer/Advisor to join their team in Dartford. As the HR Officer you will report into the Head of HR and work as part of a small close-knit team to provide a robust and business focused HR Service which will include employee pay and reward, training and development, performance management, employee relations and the entire employee life cycle. You will offer HR advice and guidance to circa 130 employees and managers across the business and act as a key point of contact for employment and best practice.
This is an incredibly fast paced and varied role where you will be accountable for employee relations matters, supporting the recruitment and onboarding process, coordinating company training and development programmes and overseeing the absence management process. You will also provide assistance and support to the Head of HR with HR Administration and payroll procedures.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established organisation. If you have a generalist background with strong employee relations and experience of managing absence, this will be of great interest to my client. You will need to be CIPD qualified, have a focused and pragmatic approach and understand practical knowledge of employment law and employer best practice.
