We are working with a Financial Service organisation in Manchester in order to recruit an HR Officer/Adviser on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract to support the HRBP and provide a comprehensive HR service to all managers and employees within the UK head office departments based in both London and Manchester.
You will provide generalist HR experience and be a point of contact for queries. You will work with the business to embed succession planning, diversity initiatives, developing & retaining staff and performance management through the performance and development tool. You will lead on employee relations, advising line managers as necessary. You will support the Recruitment Coordinator with recruitment related administration such as the preparation of contract and support the HRBP with projects and MI production.
In order to be successful in your application you will need generalist HR experience, you have experience with both employee relations recruitment. You will have good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. You have the ability to organise, prioritise and manage tasks to meet tight deadlines, as well as good attention to detail is required.
