This is a great opportunity to join an established HR function as they look to introduce this new level of role to act as a direct support to HR BPs in their client groups.
Sitting within the HR Operations team, focussed on the business services functions you will support the HR BPs, particularly with all ER. As a result you will be confident in handling this and have experience in managing difficult cases. Other areas of experience you will have will include:
- Working with the HR Admins to deliver inductions
- Assist with review of HR policies and procedures
- Liaise with internal recruitment teams
- Ad hoc project work and support to the wider HR team
You will be someone who prides themselves in their initiative to be a problem solver, enjoying creating solutions and having the confidence to trust your own judgement.
Ideally, you'll have experience within a legal environment but you will at least have worked within a global, commercial organisation and as such know the complexities of supporting a large business services function.
