HR Officer
We’re seeking an HR Office to join our client within the education sector.
This is a hybrid role with a 50:50 split between home and office based working in their South London site, however the ideal candidate should also be within an easily commute to their other sites in Surrey.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks
- Support recruitment efforts, from posting jobs to coordinating interviews
- Handle employee relations cases
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth HR operations
Position Details:
- Term: Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) with potential for permanent placement, starting ASAP
- Hybrid role, with 50% onsite presence in South London and Surrey locations
- Salary: £30,000 per annum
Ideal Candidate:
- Can interview ASAP and start mid April
- Enjoys working as a team
- Has strong organisational and communication skills
- Previous education sector experience is a plus but not required
