We are extremely excited to be partnering with a global UK law firm on a HR Officer position. Consistently ranked as one of the top international law firms in its major practice areas, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment amongst a team of leading HR professionals.
The HR Officer will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle as well as being responsible for payroll processing. This is a very high-touch role with daily interaction with the employees and the business. You will also have the opportunity to work with the Talent Management team on managing the induction for new joiners and gain more responsibilities as a HR Advisor to take the forefront on business partnering for employees within the firm.
Essential: The ideal candidate should come with at least 3 years of HR experience within a law firm and / or leading professional services company. You should be highly attentive to detail and able to function in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines under strict deadlines. You should also be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and ability to interact with leading professionals on a daily basis with a proactive and engaging attitude to ensure a consistent quality of results are produced.
