A world leading trading & mining company, based in over 50 countries, are seeking a Junior HR Business Partner to join their growing HR team. You will be located in a prestigious area in London, in fantastic offices within a supportive and friendly team.
The role will have a focus on supporting the Reward Manager and the Head of HR with processes and procedures, such as processing the monthly invoices, credit card statements and season ticket loan requests. Carrying out background screening for new hires and booking health checks on a periodic basis for employees. You will also develop a deeper understanding of the benefit provision offered and have the opportunity to develop system knowledge and support on the implementation of new modules of their current Workday system.
Our client is seeking a candidate who has a background in HR and a passion to learn more about employee benefits and systems, this role would suit a candidate who is keen on becoming specialised in Reward or HRIS and would like to focus on developing new skills in those areas. You will need to be proactive, have excellent attention to detail and skills on Excel or HR Systems.
