Great opportunity to join this Global Business in their Melbourne Shared Services team supporting the China operations as HR Operations Advisor where you will be the first point of contact for all HR queries. These queries will cover all areas of HR including Remuneration & Benefits, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Payroll and HR Systems. You will also manage escalated queries by liaising with the local HRBP or COE's to provide a detailed response.
You will need Bilingual language skills - Mandarin/English where you are comfortable working in a business environment in both languages, both spoken and written.
Previous experience within a HR environment is also essential, where you are comfortable providing advice to Managers and Employees, as well as having a high level attention to detail and solid HRIS skills.
As this role is supporting the China operations, the working hours are 12pm to 8am, Monday to Friday, where you must have working rights for full time hours (40 hours) every week. This is initially a 12 month fixed term contract and has potential to extend. Based in Melbourne inner-city Suburbs.
