HR Operations Associate
Our client, a leading financial institution in NYC, is looking for someone to join their HR Operations team. This is a newly created role and a great opportunity for someone to take ownership and be an integral part of building out this HR Operations function. This person will be responsible for HRIS maintenance, data integrity, onboarding/offboarding, immigration, reporting/metrics. Workday is a requirement for this role. A successful candidate must possess 3+ year of similar experience, a passion for wanting to build a function and a strong relationship builder as this person will be partnering with various internal clients.

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
