HR Operations Manager

Am partnering with a leading, global, professional services firm in their search for a HR Operations Manager.

This global, matrixed firm, has a truly international presence and recognised as a leader in their field.

Forming part of a wider HR team, the firm is looking for HR Operations Manager to join them covering both the UK and European offices.

This role will see the successful applicant leading the HR Operations team for the business and managing a broader team of HR professionals. Collaborating with with CoE’s you will lead the team across a number of HR process improvement projects from on boarding, policy and process improvement, vendor management, and cyclical activities. Based in London but collaborating with colleagues across the globe, you will be key in continuously seeking ways to improve the employee experience and HR support processes. Your role will act as a liaison with other HR Managers within the firm and across alternative business functions to ensure consistency and alignment and lead local, regional and global HR projects, including the roll out of new global policies and procedures.

The firm is looking to meet with candidates already operating at the HR Manager level, who have responsibility for a HR Operations team. Ideally you will have gained this experience within a large, global, matrixed organisation and have solid experience of Workday.

You will have strong organisational skills with ability to plan, set goals, and manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-moving environment. Have strong analytical skills and strong attention to detail with the ability to provide quick turnaround and updates for multiple requests, while maintaining strong reputation of high-quality work.
