Management of the employee benefits portfolio, working closely with reward and the procurement teams to ensure the highest levels of employee engagement and value for money. Develop an understanding of third party providers and management of contracts.
Manage and oversee the annual pay review process, bench marking and input into proposals and reports for REMCO. Oversee and manage the pension scheme and auto enrolment.
