I am currently partnering with a fantastic and forward-thinking global private markets investment manager who have a truly global presence spread across 20 offices worldwide. My client are looking to recruit a HR Operations Manager for their London office where you will then sit as part of a global HR team.
It's an extremely exciting time to join the organisation as they experience continuous growth across their global platform. As the HR Operations Manager you will support employees and management for their London, Guernsey and Dubai offices.
You will lead on all employee life cycle processes, manage payroll providers for London, Guernsey and Dubai as well as ensuring long-term incentive plans and benefit plans are correctly calculated. You will work closely with HR Business Partners and Centres of Expertise in Head office and participate in European and global HR projects to help further develop the HR function.
The expectation in this role is that you will become the HR face for London and associated offices and so to be successful within this role you will need experience within a HR Operations or HR Generalist role ideally within a Financial or Professional Services as well as experience within an international environment.
