A leading global bank / asset management firm is looking for an HR Operations Manager to join the team. Reporting into the Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level, effective HR service is delivered to all employees globally.
You will have the opportunity to own the administration for the full employee lifecycle, including; the new joiner and leaver process, maintaining the HR database, carry out and lead on inductions, support with the annual benefit and appraisal process and be the first point of contact for all employee queries. You will also have the chance to support with ad hoc project work and assist with the recruitment for all non-executive roles.
If you are an experienced HR Administrator who is looking to move into a role where you will have full ownership and autonomy for the HR operations within the business, then this could be a fantastic role for you.
You must be highly organised, have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage heavy workloads.
