My client inspires learning and skills development via vocational studies supporting social and economic success. They are looking to recruit a HR Operations Manager.
As HR Operations Manager your primary focus will be on maintaining and improving the HR operations platform ensuring it aligns with all central services across the organisation. You will be responsible for the central HR system using MI and data reporting to identify improvements to the HR operations process. You will have the full remit of HR operations including oversight of payroll and employee relations administration with the support of two HR Assistants and a HRBP. Due to the nature of the organisation you will have experience working with compliance and safeguarding processes.
Within this role you will have 4 direct reports supporting the smooth running of the employee lifecycle and payroll. To be successful in this role you will have worked in a SME business in a senior HR role with excellent HR generalist experience. You will have experience running full HR processes in order to offer an efficient and effective HR Service to the organisation and will have run a payroll for c400 employees. Ideally you will have experience in the education sector or will have worked in a operational role with in retail. You will be able to demonstrate your experience working on complex employee relations cases and managed the employee lifecycle.
