An exciting opportunity has arisen at an innovative and pioneering global Design & Construction business in the City who are seeking an HR Operations Manager, on an initial 12 month FTC, to add to their rapidly growing team. In this role you will report directly to the European HR Director and will play a crucial role in the management of several key areas across HR Operations, including but not limited to; Global Mobility, HRIS Management and Payroll.

This is a rapidly growing business who have had huge successes over the past year across Europe and plan to increase their headcount by a further 100% throughout 2021. This is a fast paced and dynamic environment to work in and you will play a critical role in the businesses continued growth and development. You will have strong HR Operations experience of the full employee lifecycle, and have experience on leading or managing Global Mobility for EMEA, experience managing Payroll, and experience managing HRIS implementations, upgrades or maintenance. You will also have advanced Excel skills and be capable of producing meaningful data insights from complex people data, and utilising these to drive HR agendas forwards.

You will play a key role in managing the Global Mobility needs of the business, supporting the moves of assignees across Europe, advising on local tax implications, assisting in relocation, supporting on visa requirements, and ensuring everything is compliant in each jurisdiction. You will also have the opportunity to manage a large Payroll project on the horizon to consolidate several existing payrolls into one provider, so expertise in managing Payroll will be crucial to your success in this position. The business are implementing a new HRIS, and you will be responsible for data cleansing, migration and maintenance of the new system. You will also manage wider HR Operations relating to the whole employee lifecycle, such as developing and improving communication strategies throughout the business and managing employee relations matters.

You will be passionate about HR Operations and People Data, experienced in Global Mobility, Payroll and HRIS, and keen to take on a broad and varied role. You will be strategically minded, have experience partnering across EMEA, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and you'll be a true self-starter. You will be conscientious and team focused, and you will have experience of working in a start up or fast paced dynamic business. Our client are seeking a Spanish speaking candidate, and expertise of other European languages is a plus!
