HR Operations Manager
Our client is a leading, global hedge fund looking to identify an HR Operations leader who will have oversight for their Americas population. The firm, ~1300 employees globally, is experiencing significant growth and this new role, reporting to the Head of HR for the Americas, will add value through policy development, process automation in partnership with their HRIS team, immigration/mobility administration, and some support for onboarding, benefits and payroll. The role will collaborate with HR Operations globally and will ultimately be involved in the growth/oversight of a local team.
Related experience, particularly with process improvement/development, within financial services is sought. Workday experience is required. This role is hybrid in Midtown, 3 days in office.
