HR Operations Manager
Our client, a leading builder of luxury homes throughout California, Phoenix, Nevada and Utah, is looking for an HR Operations Manager. Reporting to the company’s newly hired, dynamic SVP of People & Culture, you will help build out HR systems and metrics in support of ~500 employees. In this role you will implement various products across HR technology while developing HR reporting, KPIs and metrics to drive the business forward. The position will also have the opportunity to lead other exciting projects including a process for performance management and developing policies/handbook while managing system needs company-wide and vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in HRIS/HR systems/projects. The role sits onsite 4-5 days a week at the Phoenix, AZ headquarters.
