HR Operations Manager (m/f/d)
Tasks & Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for monthly payroll accounting, taking into account German tax and social security law, in cooperation with an external service provider, and in the process, you will carry out payroll-relevant compliance checks
- You are responsible for the processing of the company pension scheme
- The preparation of reports and statistics and actively participating in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements are part of your duties. You will act as an interface to the financial accounting department
- As a key contact person, you will be responsible for answering all questions relating to payroll tax or social security issues
- You are responsible for the management and operational implementation of all payroll topics in an environment characterised by change
- Coordinating expat tax returns with the external tax advisor
- You will be involved in HR projects and special tasks such as the further development of the personnel information system.
Qualification
- Successfully completed commercial professional qualification or a university degree with a focus on HR
- Several years of in-depth professional experience in a comparable position
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and strong knowledge of payroll accounting as well as social security and payroll tax law.
- High affinity for numbers, independent and structured way of working, analytical way of thinking and strong implementation skills
- Business fluent in German, very good knowledge of written and spoken English
