My client supports teachers and schools to improve the health and wellbeing of the education profession. They understand the pressures people face within the profession and support them not only with wellbeing initiatives but also create strategies to prevent them reaching that critical point. They are looking for a part time HR Operations Manager to join there dedicated team.

As HR Operations Manager you will have combined responsibility for the delivery of all HR admin along with supporting the implementation of some key HR projects. It is a stand-alone role reporting directly to the Director of Resources within a small organisation. As a full HR generalist role you will be the first point of contact for all HR matters this will include performance management, induction, recruitment and employee relations. You will work with the Director of Resources to work on specific HR projects which will include the implementation of a learning and development strategy, succession planning and the employee staff survey. As part of this role you will work on the HRIS in place and continue to develop its capability and monitor and measure key HR metrics including absence management, turnover and performance reviews. This role will allow the right candidate a opportunity to own the HR agenda and really progress the HR presence for the entire organisation. As a part time role of 22.5 hours you are able to manage this how you see fit with a good degree of flexibility.

To be successful in this role you will have a CIPD or equivalent and have a minimum of 3 years' experience either as a HR Advisor who has lead on all HR generalist capabilities or previously a stand alone HR Manager. You will be confident and communicate well both verbally and written and ideally would have worked in a Third Sector environment previously. You will be up to date and have a clear understanding of employment legislation and be able to evidence continual professional development.

Salary: £40,000 pro rata

Location: North London, Highbury and Islington
