A mid tier Investment firm based in London is looking to secure an HR Operations Manager.
This is a newly created position which will require someone to run a deep dive project on the existing structure and offer new ideas and structured to make the function more streamlined and commercial.
Initially released on a 9 month contract this role could extend or go perm for the right candidate.
You will manage the delivery of operational HR services to ensure an efficient and customer focused service to the business. In addition you'll actively manage and develop the UK based HR Operations team, to ensure efficient and effective support for the business throughout the employee lifecycle. This should focus on providing a global service with a particular focus on the US.
You will be responsible for defining, monitoring and reporting on HR operational delivery as part of agreed KPIs with the Head of Reward, Head of HR and HR Business Partners.
To be considered for this role you need to have an excellent understanding of HR processes, systems and practices. You should also have experience of HR Operations and the ability to manage within a Group led structure.
This is an urgent hire and requires someone to start by August.
