My client is a forward thinking and award winning organisation within housing. They are looking to recruit a HR Operations Team Leader to drive the operational HR and best practise and continue to support the already successful HR team.
Reporting to the Director of People, and with three direct reports, the HR Operations Team Leader will lead and manage HR and Payroll administration, and further develop and optimise HR business processes and procedures that enable the effective management of the business. Working closely with the HR Systems and MI Manager you will play a key role in realising the benefits of the HR/Payroll application, CoreHR and deliver a seamless transactional HR service to the business. You will develop and motivate your team supporting them to continue to lead the effective and accurate delivery of all people processes. You will work with the People Team colleagues to identify opportunities to add value to the business, with a focus on translating people performance metrics and analytics into information that senior leaders can use to drive business performance.
You will be a HR Operations Manager with experience using HRIS to present and interpret data and an excellent understanding of Employment Law and recent regulations around GDPR. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to provide strong leadership skills to the People Services and Payroll teams, inspiring innovation, ownership and a passion for providing a solution focused, customer-centred service. You will support and motivate your team to develop their skills, and create the capability and capacity for the team to manage front line enquiries, advice and support to managers and colleagues. Ultimately you are a team player and you will demonstrate your capability to be a confident communicator who isn't afraid to get stuck in!
