HR Ops Lead, Benefits & Payroll
Our client is a leading financial services firm, headquartered in Midtown NYC, who is seeking a HR Operations Lead, Benefits & Payroll to join their Human Capital team. Reporting to the Head of Total Reward, this is a unique opportunity focused on the design, development, improvement and implementation of benefits and payroll processes and policies to enhance and optimize the firm’s services.
The firm is seeking an HR professional who is focused on operations and processes related to Benefits, Payroll or broader HR, or, a Benefits/Payroll administrator who is looking to step into a role focused on creating and developing efficiencies related to these areas. At least 5 years of relevant experience in corporate environments, combined with demonstrated experience applying a problem solving, process improvement mindset to improve HR operations will be critical to success.
The firm is generally in the office 4 days a week, typically Monday – Thursday. This role can sit in the firm’s Midtown or Bergen County, NJ office locations. The HR Operations Lead will join an outstanding Human Capital function within an iconic brand.
