HR Partner Organisational Design Project
My client is a National charity that are committed to empowering individuals across all communities who are experiencing homelessness and not only support them during but also support them through recovery and prevention in the future. They are looking to appoint a HR Partner for a 18 month contract to support an ongoing and successful organisational design project.
Led by a multi-award winning Director you will be working with the HR team to steer the organisation through a significant and exciting period of change. My client is now looking to recruit an HR Partner who will play a key part in driving and sustaining organisational culture change.
In this exciting OD role you will work alongside the Deputy Director of People & Governance and Deputy Director of Strategy & Policy to support the second phase of the project and any associated initiatives. The project has already achieved significant success in building a culture of compliance, ensuring our clients are safe and well supported by suitably trained staff. You will be key to building and imbedding this new culture across the organisation.
Your key responsibilities within this role will be to analyse data on key compliance and other key performance indicators to support the requirements of the project. You will partner directly with specific managers and the management line to drive up compliance levels and support regular communication about the project. You will case manage specific employee relations issues which are related to the project and any directorates that are immediately effected.
You will be a HR professional with excellent and established employee relations experience and an interest in data/reporting. You will be able to evidence your experience of contributing towards strategic projects designed to deliver organisational change and of using data to support projects and organisational improvements. You will also have first rate analytical and written skills, a talent for coaching, and the ability to collaborate with others to achieve change. To ensure the continued success of the initiative you will also have excellent organisational skills, the ability to manage priorities and work to deadlines whilst managing a complex multi-faceted project with multiple stakeholders within a large organisation. You will have worked on culture change or organisational change projects with clear evidence of its achievements. CIPD or equivalent is essential for this role.
