HR Project and Transformation Manager, Asia
Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking an experienced HR Project and Transformation Manager to drive operational excellence across the APAC region. This is a high-impact, individual contributor, newly created role where you will be responsible for revamping HR processes, establishing governance frameworks, and creating a centralized people analytics dashboard to support data-driven decision-making.
You will lead the design and implementation of standardized HR operations, including SOPs, templates, and employee handbooks, ensuring alignment with both global policies and local regulatory requirements. A critical part of your role will involve process mapping and optimization, identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions. Additionally, you will develop and maintain a real-time HR dashboard for APAC leadership, providing insights on workforce trends, headcount, turnover, and other key metrics. Governance will be a key focus-you will establish controls, compliance checks, and audit-ready documentation for all HR processes.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of HR transformation, project management, or HR operations experience, preferably within financial services or a highly regulated industry. You should have strong expertise in process redesign, documentation, and HR analytics. Experience working across multiple APAC markets is essential, as you will need to balance regional consistency with local nuances. The role requires a structured, detail-oriented professional who can work independently, influence stakeholders, and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision.
