HR Project Manager

I am partnering exlusively with a global management consulting firm who are looking to attract a Project Lead to work closely with the HR Director on a number of people aligned projects.

Working at global and group level, you will work across a number of exciting project and change programmes for the Firm.

You will have experience of being a Project Lead in people lead capacity, be able to demonstrate success with building relationships at board level, and naturally be able to work with a number of external vendors.

Projects include:

• Working with the leaders on acquisitions
• Implementing a new HRIS
• Revamping compentency frameworks
• EVP
• Other people lead projects

Experience required:

• An experienced Project Manager/Lead ideally with a background in Consulting and/or Professional Services
• It is also essential you can demHR projects
• Ambitious, excellent relationship builder and an entrepreneurial appetite.

Salary will depend on experience, circa £75k + bonus + benefits. Hybrid working on offer (City location, with the opportunity to work from home 2-3 days per week)
