Are you an HR Project Manager? Looking for a new contract starting in late November? My client is looking for someone with that skill set to cover a period of maternity.
Working across multiple stakeholders the HR Project Manager will help drive the implementation and delivery of key people initiatives, programmes and projects across the UK & EMEA region.
The role will be required to help translate business requirements into tangible and practical people led programmes and projects with the capability to develop and manage robust plans aligned to business objectives. The role will blend a working knowledge of operational people delivery and best practice together with a clear understanding of the project management discipline.
The HR Project Manager will be required to work closely alongside the HR Partner, and HR Specialist teams spanning Learning Development, Resourcing, Mobility, Reward and People Services.
In order to be considered for this role you will need experience of working in a matrix environment where relationships are key to success. You'll also have a proven background in managing projects with a keen understanding of the project management discipline and best practice.
In addition, you will have a proven track record of HR operational delivery in the area of talent, performance management, reward and learning & development gained from a multiple site environment.
Owing to the level this role operates at you will need to have experience of advising and influencing senior leadership. And have the ability to adapt your style to engage different audiences in the firm.
