This is an exciting opportunity to join a mid sized organisation with multi-sites across the UK and organically growing, they are at the point in their journey that they have identified a number of projects and are keen to hire a HR Project Manager to support them through this stage which will continually grow and develop, offering exciting career progression for the future.
The company is looking for someone with experience of the HR employee lifecycle and a good generalist HR experience, you will have strong project management as will have previously led a number of HR projects of all sizes and whilst doing this, designed and rolled out workflows to support the projects.
DUTIES
- Manage the workflow of a number of HR projects covering the full employee lifecycle, this could be anything from onboarding and process improvement to much larger scale business critical projects.
- You will create and design a workflow for each project, and then make sure the project runs to time and has the right people working on them, therefore working closely across the business
- Analysing data and working with HR systems to create analytics to support the progress and requirements of the projects
- You will use the LMS for learning related initiatives and project manage these as well
- Being a great problem solver, you will look at all eventualities of the project and typically have a plan A and B if needed
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- A good generalist HR background is required and exposure to most / all areas of HR even if some areas not so strong as others.
- You will have experience working on projects and creating workflows for the projects, ensuring they are on time and meet criteria for the business
- You’ll have experience using an HRIS to create HR based analytics and pull off required data and be able to use the data as part of the project when needed
- Experience of using a Learning Management System (LMS) is highly desirable
- You will be a strong collaborator, able to plan, organise and deliver and enjoy managing multiple projects on the go at one time
- Excited by learning and growing your experience, driven and hard working
- Any sector experience is considered, it is more about the project management and the can do attitude experience of the individual.
This role will be hybrid and likely 1 x day a week in the office, ideally in the Reading area, but are flexible to other locations in the UK
