An exciting opportunity to work with a leading high-performing Professional Services company going through high growth following continued success.
Part of a growing HR team, you will be comfortable in end to end HR as well as having worked on various projects across the full HR remit with a focus on Learning and Talent.
This is a dynamic, fast-paced and varied role. You will work closely with the wider HR team and ensure stakeholders are receiving a high class HR service. The HR team are highly visible and well regarded by the business.
You'll be the main point of contact for the CPO across a range of HR/strategic projects. This will include:
- Reviewing the onboarding and induction process
- Providing some additional support within talent acquisition
- Re-writing the HR / employee branding content on internet
- Drive virtual content across L&D
- Work with the HR BP's and Talent specialist in driving the D&I agenda and Talent initiatives
This role would suit an HR BP or HR Manager with proven experience running developmental projects.
While this role has been initially released on a 8 month FTC basis there is a very good chance it will extend and could even morph into a generalist role should it go perm. The business are working to a hybrid working pattern - 3 days home / 2 days office (with flex)
