HR Projects Manager
Am partnering with a leading international law firm in their search for a HR Projects Manager.
As a leader in their field this truly global firm this role will see you forming part of a wider HR team of both generalists and specialists offering a seamless and best in class HR service into both their fee earning and business services teams.
As the firm continues to grow and develop, so does their HR offering and this HR projects team takes the lead on key initiatives from an HR perspective, globally.
Working with a wider team this is a varied and diverse role that will see the successful applicant partnering with key leaders to drive efficiency’s across a number of areas and work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and in country heads.
The firm is looking to meet with HR Project Managers who enjoy the diversity of these roles, who are able to juggle multiple projects across different jurisdictions, taking into consideration cultural nuances and deliver a best in class approach.
You will be a strong communicator, with solid analytical skills and the ability to look at key HR initiatives and offer solutions and improvements.
Ideally, the preferred candidate will have had experience within a professional services/partnership environment and already be in a HR Projects role or a HRBP role with a strong projects lean.
