HR Shared Services
Our client, a well-established brand name in the region, and a leader in the industry (manufacturing) – is looking for a HR Shared Services Lead. The current HR team is experienced and highly collaborative, so this will provide a great platform for a stellar HR Shared Services Lead to join a team that is creating and adding value to the wider organisation and enhancing the employee experience. Reporting to the CHRO, you will lead the HR operations team and will oversee all operational aspects of HR for Singapore. Areas you will cover include payroll and reporting, at the same time supporting, coaching, and mentoring the team. You will also be responsible for developing and driving service levels and the use of HR analytics and data to support decision making and drive further HR process improvements. You will be delivering an effective and efficient HR service to all business units, managers and employees achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and the highest quality in client delivery to consistently meet and exceed KPIs.
The Successful Applicant
You should be degree qualified and have a minimum of 10 years experience in a HR Shared Services environment, with team lead experience within the Manufacturing industry (MNC ideally). Strong foundation of HR practices, legislations and trends is highly advantageous. You are a proven leader, an effective communicator and possess strong influencing skills. You are highly confident with exposure to senior management.
Critical: Experience in Manufacturing industry, team management and strong stakeholder management skills.
