Working closely with both the HR team, IR Specialists and Finance, this specialist position will be responsible for providing detailed analysis and interpretation of Enterprise Agreements against SAP payroll data and KRONOS time and attendance systems and provide appropriate financial modelling accordingly and inline with project timelines.
Facilitate and gather information from stakeholders to understand their needs and detailed requirements.
Lead the completion and trace-ability of high quality key business analysis deliverables according to the project schedule.

Manage requirements scope in accordance with project scope and objectives.
Clear understanding of HR system methodologies, preferably SAP and KRONOS
Extensive process and data modelling skills
Highly developed business analysis skills
You will have experience working in a HR/Payroll Functional Business Analyst role - ideally SAP
Strong understanding of payroll, HR/Payroll system and processes
Excellent problem solver
